As the former owner of the award-winning Fish Creek Seafood and Steakhouse, current owner of Joe Lane Catering, Performance Provisions by JVL and consultant/ designer of restaurants such as Rex’s Bar and Grill, Salute Wine Bar and the upcoming Gulf Burgers.
Joe draws on over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business to bring a fresh and innovative dining experience to you.
Joe’s previous restaurant, Fish Creek, was featured in publications like Texas Monthly, Parker County Today Magazine, and Fort Worth Star Telegram. It won multiple awards, including Business of the Year, and was a staple in local philanthropy. Joe served on various Boards of Directors, such as the Parker County United Way and Ride for Heroes, and even held a position in public office on the Planning and Zoning Committee of Willow Park.
