After the challenges of the COVID pandemic, Joe dedicated himself to rebuilding and re-imagining his offerings, leading to the creation of Joe Lane Catering. With services that range from in-home chef experiences to catering for corporate events, weddings, and baby showers, Joe is committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences tailored to every budget and occasion. His box lunch service and weekly healthy meal prep options are just a part of the diverse array of offerings.
Joe’s previous restaurant, Fish Creek, was featured in publications like Texas Monthly, Parker County Today Magazine, and Fort Worth Star Telegram. It won multiple awards, including Business of the Year, and was a staple in local philanthropy. Joe served on various Boards of Directors, such as the Parker County United Way and Ride for Heroes, and even held a position in public office on the Planning and Zoning Committee of Willow Park.
